Quality & Logistics
Together with EMA inc., Environmental Micro Analysis, out of Woodland CA, OTC-USA performs quality control and residue testing on all imported organic produce as soon as shipments first hit American soil. Although we import only produce from certified organic producers, we do feel the need in reassuring the integrity of the product we sell. We are taking food safety to a level above and beyond what authorities like NOP-USDA require. Results are available for clients upon request.

Origin
We have established solid and long term relationships with international USDA-certified growers, and we share their dedication and knowledge of organic produce. We represent growers throughout South and Central America, South Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. With an international network of growers at hand, we are able to bring a year round selection of fresh organic fruits.

Warehousing and Logistics
Besides striving for high food quality, we also set high goals on fast and reliable distribution. Therefore, we have built a strong partnership with Sunrise Logistics, Inc. who specializes in delivering customized supply chain solutions. Sunrise Logistics offer climate controlled storage, consolidation, forward distribution, temperature controlled transportation services, inventory management and forecasting. Our partnership has proven that we can be trusted for fast, reliable and efficient distribution of our organic produce to our clients in the U.S. and Canada.

Packages
For many of our clients we prepare organic fruits in consumer packs. Packing takes place in certified organic packaging facilities only. Our pre-packing services include biodegradable packing materials, labeling, netting and flow-packing. We also offer creative solutions to fulfill our clients’ specific requirements.

Delivery area
Our distribution facility is located in Ephrata, Philadelphia and our customer base is centered around the east coast. We do not rule out targeting west coast markets in the future. Recently, we moved into Canada supplying retailers in Toronto direct.
